Safety and comfort in the operating theatre

Anaesthesiology is an essential pillar of your pathway, ensuring monitoring and wellbeing throughout the procedure.

Before any procedure, you will meet the anaesthetist for a pre-anaesthesia consultation. This appointment assesses your health, discusses the planned type of anaesthesia and answers all your questions.

On the day of the procedure, the anaesthesia team provides continuous monitoring, from induction to leaving the recovery room, in close coordination with the surgeon.
